How do you stop the Spamming for a post of ipad3 on Facebook or what are the steps?

Q. It just keeps on posting a picture of an Ipad3 saying that you can get it for free, and every minute it's tagging all of my friends. It's making me a bit angry and I just need steps to get rid of this spamming Facebook thing. I already went on my account settings and adjusted the Facebook Advertise settings to no one seeing it, But still it is Still spamming the picture post of "My sexy apple Ipad3" -_- I really need help thank you!

A. This is what I did. Go under privacy settings go to the security settings tab on the left. Look for bold text that reads active sessions. If there is an active session from some place that you don't recognize you can then choose to end that session. I would then recommend, after you end that session, to change your password. So far that seems to have worked for me.

If a retail store wants to expand into ecommerce, what are tax advantantages of Facebook marketing?
Q. How would marketing the new company through Facebook vs. other more traditional marketing strategies benefit the company tax-wise. I am particularly concerned with avoiding nexus and sales and use tax. Does anyone know the teax implications of facebook advertising, etc.? Thank you in advance!

A. It won't have any material affect on taxes, aside from the fact that Facebook marketing is basically free which could increase profits and therefore the business' tax liability.

How you advertise generally isn't going to affect nexus for sales tax purposes. Even in states that are testing the waters with the "affiliate nexus" concept (which I think will eventually fail) you are not the one paying the taxes, your customers are.

Is There Really A Way To Get Free Advertise On Facebook?
Q. I heard somewhere that an Ex-Facebook employee revealed some type of secret to getting free Facebook ads. If you know anything please let me know.

A. Right now Google offers $75 dollars coupons for new users. Here's the link for that https://services.google.com/fb/forms/adwordscoupon/
