Q. Is there any way to Block facebook website to my mozila firefox browser? Because one of my younger sister is going crazy with facebook games.so that i want to stop this facebook crazyness.
without internet off can i do facebook block.??

A. Use the BlockSite addon in firefox. Save this link to your desktop:
http://62.75.221.240/BlockSite/blocksite-0.7.1-fx_FIX_TO_FF3.5.xpi
Open Firefox and click File, Open File, and find where you saved it. Click install and restart firefox.
Now go to Tools and then Add-ons. Select BlockSite and them options. In the blacklist, add "http://www.facebook.com*" (without quotes and include the asterisk).

Q. My mom told me to block Facebook because my sister spends too much time on it and she made some trouble out of it. I've done this before using a program called FB limiter, but I don't trust that program because it made my computer lag and some sites took a long time to load. After I uninstalled it (which required deleting things out of the registry and a system restore), the lag stopped.

So how can I block facebook completely without that program? I'm on Windows 7 by the way.

A. Use a product called K9 Web Protection, and block the Social Networking category.
You can also block other catergories like porn and drugs.

A. Log on Facebook.
Go to Account
Click on Account Settings
Click on Notifications
uncheck whichever things you don't want Facebook to send you info about in an email or text message. Hope I helped!
