Why my facebook account is temporary unavialable?

Q. I was using facebook account till september and them stop using it as my exams was near and when i again loged in it shows 'your account is temporary unavailable'
why

A. It can happen for many reason. It depends on how many friends do you have, what did you do in facebook, and how you leave that.
Try to log in again and again. If you can't access, then try to sign up with the same email id or number. If your account is still there, then you can't sign up with the same address. Or if your account is deactivated then your sign up process will continue. In that case, sign up for new account.
You can contact facebook helpline too, but it doesn't bring a good result. As it is the biggest community of the world, thousand of account deactivated everyday for some reason. But there are some unlucky account which deactivated without any reason. You one might be one of them.

What consequences could you face if you made a false police report that got someone convicted for 15 years?

Q. About 6 years ago a guy I was dating wanted to break up with me so I told the police he pulled a knife on me and raped me. He got sentenced to 15 years in jail lol. But 6 years later evidence proved he was innocent, what consequences could happen to me for doing this?

My sister got a restraining order put against her in a differnet town then where she is from?

Q. Her ex-boyfriend put one against her I think just for spite. He is from a small town where everybody knows him. My question is can she have the court hearing moved from that town to a different town because it would be in her best interest. Also they have children together and he is suing for custody. Any help would be appreciated.

A. First, the only way he could get a restraining order is some place where they know him as it is nearly impossible for male victims to get them, while women can get them with no abuse actually taking place. All they need is a "fear of abuse". As for the hearing, not she cannot. The hearing will take place there. There is no benefit to the court to rule in his favor as the federal government is restricted under the VAWA from providing funding for any court or organization that provides help to the 39% of domestic violence victims who are male. Ruling in his favor means a lost of the money they would get if it was a female victim.
