What's the best way to create an online group to share information amongst the facebook community?

I want to create a group on real estate agents so we can share leads, opportunities and market information. email alias/group there is no way to track information easily...and creating or building an app from scratch doesn't make much sense either. why is there no facebook app for the palm pixi?
Q. the internet says there is one, but when i look for it in the app store (palm webOS) it says ''sorry no applications found'' i downloaded a twitter app, but i use Facebook more. please help!
