What's the best software to use for advertising in a small business?

Q. Our pet supply store has an advertising agent, who doesn't seem to have a clue how to advertise us (long story). I was wondering what software is best for advertising, meaning what can I use to make flyers, ads, facebook banners, etc. I'm general manager of the store and the only idea I have is with adobe but I'm sure there are other programs out there.
What program for MS Office could I use?

A. MS Office, Small business edition.

How do the people who manage sites like Google or Facebook get paid?
Q. I mean, they're free to use, but definitely require people to update them, etc. But, if they're provided to anyone with access to the internet, free of cost, then where does the income come from, to pay the people who keep the sites functioning? I know there are advertisements on both sites, but surely ads can't be their sole source of income, right?

A. As you yourself mentioned, Ads are a source of income and a good source. Beside Ads, users give very important information to such websites, for example the managers of facebook know the interests of their users so they can use these information in many ways such as Intelligent advertisements or google can prepare precious polls just by checking the frequency of use of a word or a phrase in the search field. They can feed even some governments by letting them know their people's interest or the way the people react in a specific situation.

A. Facebook users to promote your brand, company, website or even your own Facebook page. These are running a specific ad within a campaign and want to delete it, you can do so easily through Facebook's ads manager.

1.Visit Facebook.com/ads and sign into your account. Click "Manage my ads."
2.Click on "Campaigns and Ads." Click on the campaign from which you want to delete an ad. The default campaign is "My Ads."
3.Click on the button beneath the "Status" column. Select "Deleted."
4.Click on "Confirm" when asked if you are sure you want to delete the ad.
