A. it's not what you should be paid; it is a fair rate that is negotiated between you and the employer for services rendered. You should build into the negotiations that you expect increases as you generate better cash flow and any other improvements you make that saves them money.

A. Unfortunatly no. What I would suggest though is to activate facebook mobile/cell verification. If someone manages to obtain your facebook password, when they login with your password, they will be prompted to enter in a pass code which gets sent to your cell/mobile phone which you have to confirm, in which you wont. So without the confirmation on your phone, they can't get in.

A. Right-click on the one you want to put on Facebook. A menu will come up with the option to save the picture to your computer. Save it and notice where it's saved. Then go to Facebook and upload the picture you just saved to your computer. Facebook does have a 5MB size limit though (4MB for a profile picture upload) so if it won't complete the upload it might be too big.

I tried deleting it then reuploading the same picture again to see if I get the option, but I don't. A. Go to your profile. On the left side click "Photos". On the bar where it says "(Your name)'s Photos", to the right of that, click "See All Photos". Under your profile picture, click the little icon with 2 people on it. Now you can change it however you want, Everyone, Friends of Friends, Friends, Custom or only You.

If you are using IE, Click on Tools', then 'Internet Options'.

That should open up a new small window with a bunch of options of what to delete. Make sure 'Form Data' is selected. This is the saved information that has been typed into forms (eg, emails into login pages). Then select 'Delete'.

If you are using Firefox, Click on 'Tools' and from the drop down menu select 'Clear Recent History'.
In the new box that opens up, select 'Details' and a list will drop down. Make sure 'Form and Search History' is selected. Click 'Clear Now'.

A. Instead of trying to delete photos via facebook photo uploader, I would suggest you first sort the pictures on your computer. For that, you can go to the folder where you have pictures, right click anywhere, choose "Arrange Icons By", and then "Modified". It will sort the pictures by date. You can also choose to see "Details" of pictures where it will show dates of the pictures. After that, it will become very easy for you to select the latest pictures, and you can copy all latest pics to a different folder. Then, just use that folder for uploading photos to facebook.
