A. Not an easy answer for this place, but check out the link below may be of some help. Personally every where I have worked, this is considered as misappropriation of company time and misuse of company resources, with disciplinary action up to termination for continuing to do this.

how do we block facebook on a computer?
Q. I wanna block facebook for my daughter who isn't studying and is 24/24 on facebook, is there a way to block facebook with a password?

A. Do you use Internet Explorer, or another browser? Which version? Which operating system (XP, Vista, Mac OS X, etc.)?

Try doing this. Click the "Tools" menu, then click "Internet Options", and then click the "Content" tab. Under "Content Advisor", click "Enable".

Now click the "Approved Sites" tab and type the following:

*.facebook.com

Press "Never" and click "OK".

Now click the "General" tab and click the checkbox to enter a password. Should be okay from here, but a weak security measure such as this can be circumvented by a relatively computer-savvy youngster.
