How do you see a list of people who liked a facebook fan page?

Q. I suspect a company might be a scam but they have over 18,000 facebook fans on their page. I dont understand how they can have so many fans.

How do I see a list of all 18,000 people who liked this page? I want to see if they are real or bots.

but if you were to google "how to buy facebook fans" you will find many sites that offer that service to make a fan page appear more popular than it really is

No body sell facebook fans, you should do one thing to increase your fans, include like button in your blogs and websites, it will increase. One more thing you can do, like those pages which has large number of fans, or go and comment with your link.
