A. you cannot do that - the whole reason they make you use your phone is so that you will not have more than one account - having more than one account is against the rules

A. Did you delete your account or just deactivate it? (The old one that is). If you just deactivated it the cell may still be associated with that account, this is a link to fully delete if that's the case https://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account

A. Block them!! when you block them they can't see you and you cant see them! it's like they don't exist
