How to make a facebook app?

Q. I wish to create a facebook app that randomly assigns a League of Legends character to someone that allows the app to be used on their profile etc. Similar to the app called "What pokemon are you?" as this app randomly assigns a pokemon to the user and posts it onto their wall and news feed. I am no stranger to coding and/or learning to create things via websites so any help would be appreciated.

A. Well first you would have to confirm your mobile number, and then add the Developer Application.

How to Limit your liability against Facebook Platform Policies?
Q. Facebook has gone crazy by disabling any apps they see violate their ever-changing Platform Policies, http://developers.facebook.com/policy. There's no warning whatsoever.

Thus, we're creating a Facebook App for a client, so how do we indemnify ourself from possible issue with Facebook Policies?

A. Have the client sign a paper releasing you from any liability as a result of the app ceasing to work.

What new apps will be coming out for the Zune HD?
Q. I'm planning on getting a new Zune HD, so I was curious as to what new and cool apps might be coming out for it. I know some 3D games and a twitter and facebook app but what else might we be looking at?

A. Currently, developers have access to the XNA Game Studio extension for Zune HD, which actually allows them to create games and apps for the Zune HD. However, Microsoft currently does not have a way of accepting app submissions and delivering them to Zune HD owners. I also heard that there isn't full support for 3D gaming in the SDK yet (even though Zune HD fully supports it).

People speculate that Microsoft wants to have a merged experience and have a Windows Marketplace for mobile, which would include Windows Mobile devices as well as Zune HD, but so far none of us know for sure.
